Balham Blue is inspired by dairy's Shropshire Blue. Beautifully coated and veined with Penicillium Roqueforti mould, its fragrant blue notes are balanced with vibrant annatto and sweet potato to deliver a mellow, smooth blue cheese experience.
Best enjoyed on crackers, with classic accompaniments like apple slices and walnuts!
Ingredients:
Coconut oil, ALMONDS, tapioca flour, sweet potato, salt, nutritional yeast, annatto, vegan cultures. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)
Store in the fridge between 3-5C and follow the best before date. Wrap well or put in the container after opening. Can be frozen up to 2 months and defrosted in the fridge.
