Daily intake: 1 to 3 tablets

Calcium Carbonate, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid & Magnesium Stearate), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).

Disintegration Time
Less than 1 hour.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take up to 3 tablets daily half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start on one tablet and increase if necessary. 5-HTP is best taken for periods of up to 3 months.
