Apart from benefiting the immune system, vitamin C also helps protect body cells from the oxidative (chemical) stresses we face daily, helping us feel less tired. Nature-C contains a combination of extracts from a wide variety of fruits, all rich in naturally occurring vitamin C which is recognised by your body and is better absorbed.

Directions for use:
Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
Children: (6-12) years: 1 tablet daily.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of Acerola 480mg, Passion fruit 60mg, Sea buckthorn 10mg, Prickly gooseberry 1mg, Blackcurrant 1mg, Lemon 0.5mg. Also contains fructose, maltodextrin (from corn), maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030 mg.

1 tablet provides 100mg naturally occurring, bio-available vitamin C.
